Walk2Run Beginner Running
Walk2Run program is where it all begins!
This is a 10-week program sponsored by Dick Pond Athletics where you will progressively build to increased running and decreased walking and be ready for 30 sustained minutes of RUNNING by the end of the session! These sessions are held In-Person at the Dick Pond Athletics in LISLE. The group meets every Monday evenings at 6:00pm CT with optional runs on Thursday. There are three Walk2Run sessions during the year.
The training plan is provided to you through a partnership with Worth Your Mile Coaching. During each session, you will receive online access to your training plan, the ability to see your results from past runs and regular feedback and communications from a RRCA certified running coach via the Final Surge application.

Although group runs are In-Person in the LISLE, IL location, you may wish to participate virtually in the program. This option is available and will provide you with the same benefits listed above. To obtain the Free Tech Shirt upon graduation, you will need to pay shipping.
